1. Services & Scope

1.1. Our services will be provided as outlined in the agreement or project proposal.
1.2. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will incur additional fees.

2. Payments & Invoices

2.1. Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement and are due within 5 days.
2.2. Late payments may result in a 5% monthly late fee.
2.3. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

3.1. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the service agreement.
3.2. Clients must notify us of cancellations or service changes at least 14 days in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property remains with Victorious Metrix until full payment is received.
4.2. Upon payment, ownership is transferred as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
5.2. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Victorious Metrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the contract terms.
7.2. Upon termination, all outstanding payments are due immediately.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Victorious Metrix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
